ATV & Motorcycle Ceramic Coating

Our ATV and motorcycle ceramic coating services are designed for powersports components exposed to extreme heat, harsh riding conditions, and repeated thermal cycling. Ceramic coating provides advanced thermal protection, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability for high-performance parts.

Ceramic coating is commonly used on ATV and motorcycle components to control heat, improving reliability, performance, and component lifespan.

Why Ceramic Coat ATV & Motorcycle Components?

Powersports vehicles operate in demanding environments that expose components to high temperatures, moisture, dirt, and debris. Ceramic coating is engineered to protect these parts while maintaining consistent performance under stress.

  • Thermal barrier protection: Reduces radiant heat and surface temperatures
  • Corrosion resistance: Protects against oxidation and environmental exposure
  • Improved performance: Helps manage heat in high-output engines
  • Extended component life: Reduces heat-related fatigue and deterioration
  • Durable finish: Maintains appearance under extreme conditions

ATV & Motorcycle Parts Commonly Ceramic Coated

Ceramic coating is frequently applied to the following ATV and motorcycle components:

  • Exhaust manifolds and headers
  • Exhaust pipes and collectors
  • Turbo housings (where applicable)
  • High-heat engine components
  • Heat-exposed performance parts

Each part is evaluated individually to determine the appropriate ceramic coating formulation based on temperature exposure and operating conditions.

High Heat Ceramic Coating for Powersports

Many ATV and motorcycle applications require coatings that withstand sustained extreme temperatures. Our high-heat ceramic coating solutions are designed to handle these conditions while providing reliable thermal management.

Surface Preparation & Application Process

Proper surface preparation is critical for the performance of ATV and motorcycle ceramic coatings. Components must be thoroughly cleaned and stripped of existing coatings, corrosion, oils, and contaminants prior to coating.

Surface preparation may include mechanical stripping or blasting to ensure optimal adhesion and coating durability.

Turnaround Time & Shipping

The typical turnaround time for ATV and motorcycle ceramic coating projects averages 1 to 2 weeks once the parts arrive at our facility. Turnaround time may vary depending on the condition of the part and the current workload.

We accept ATV and motorcycle components shipped from across the United States. Transit time is separate from coating time, and all parts must be fully disassembled prior to shipment.
