Our ATV and motorcycle powder coating services are designed to protect and enhance metal components exposed to harsh riding conditions. Powder coating provides a durable, long-lasting finish that resists corrosion, chips, abrasion, and environmental wear.
Whether you’re rebuilding a frame, restoring parts, or customizing your ride, powder coating delivers consistent coverage and professional results built for real-world use.
ATV & Motorcycle Parts We Powder Coat
Powder coating is ideal for a wide range of ATV and motorcycle components, including:
- Frames and subframes

Each part is evaluated individually to ensure the correct preparation and coating system is applied.
Why Powder Coat ATV & Motorcycle Parts?
- Durability: Withstands dirt, mud, moisture, and road debris
- Corrosion resistance: Protects parts from rust and oxidation
- Consistent finish: Even coverage with no runs or thin spots
- Customization: Wide selection of colors, textures, and finishes
- Longevity: Maintains appearance through heavy use
Powder coating is especially effective for parts that are frequently exposed to the elements and subject to repeated handling.
Surface Preparation for Powersports Parts
Proper surface preparation is essential for long-lasting powder coating results. Parts are fully cleaned and stripped of old finishes, corrosion, and contaminants before coating.
Depending on the part and condition, surface preparation may include sand blasting, media blasting, or vapor honing to ensure optimal adhesion.

High Heat Powder Coating for Select Components
For ATV and motorcycle components exposed to elevated temperatures, we offer high-heat powder coating. This powder-based coating is formulated to handle higher operating temperatures while retaining durability and appearance.
High-heat powder coating is commonly used on select powersports components where standard powder coatings are not suitable.

Turnaround Time & Shipping
Turnaround times depend on part condition, coating requirements, and current workload. Most ATV and motorcycle powder coating projects are completed within 1 to 2 weeks of parts arriving at our facility.
We accept parts shipped from across the United States. All parts must be fully disassembled prior to shipment, and transit time is separate from coating time.
