How Do I Send Something In to Be Coated?
If you would like to send items to Bonehead Performance Coatings for powder coating or ceramic coating, please follow the steps below to ensure proper handling and turnaround.
- Wrap all items securely for shipping. Use adequate padding and ensure the shipment for the full replacement value of the parts.
- Print and INCLUDE WITH YOUR SHIPPED ITEMS the following completed forms:
Both forms must include your name, address, email, phone number, and the requested coating color for each item.
- Provide a clear description of all items included in the shipment, along with the quantity of each.
- Use a shipping box large enough for safe return shipping. We often double- or triple-wrap coated items to prevent damage, which may require more space than the original shipment. Boxes that are too small may not be reusable.

Process & Payment
Once your parts arrive at our facility, they will be logged into our system and enter the preparation and coating process. Payment is due after the order is completed and ready to ship back to you.
