How do I send something in to be coated?

If you would like to send something in to be powder or ceramic coated:

  1. Wrap up your item(s) to be shipped in to our shop. Make sure you wrap them well and insure the package for the full value of the items.
  2. Please print out AND INCLUDE WITH YOUR SHIPPED ITEM(S) our Coating Form as well as our Waiver of Liability Form and fill both out with your name, address, email, phone # and the color you want each item coated.
  3. We need a full description of the products being sent in along with the quantities in the package.
  4. In most cases customers do not wrap their items thoroughly when they ship them to us for coating. Please use a box large enough that we can return your original items in. In most cases we may double and triple bubble wrap items to avoid return damage. This sometimes results in not being able to use your original box if it is not large enough.

Once they arrive to our shop we will start our process. Payment is made after your order is finished and ready to be shipped back to you. We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card and American Express as methods of payment.

***YOUR PARTS MUST BE COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. ALL BUSHINGS, BEARINGS, SEALS, GASKETS ETC. MUST BE TAKEN OFF OR PRESSED OUT PRIOR TO SENDING ITEMS IN TO BE COATED***
